Chapter 4-When Should I Start?

Part 1: The Best Time To Start Is....

You can start teaching your child at around 5 months.  If your child is older than 5 months, you begin as soon as possible. This is because the earlier you start, the better your results will be. I have explained the benefits of teaching your child using brain training techniques in this book. I explained that it uniquely develops the part of your child’s brain that affects their ability to absorb and process information. But you only have a unique time window to influence your child’s brain in this way.

That window is between 0-5 years.  The closer your child is to 0 years than five when you start, the better the results you will see. So you will see better results if you start your child at 6 months than at 4 years.

The earliest I would recommend that you start is five months.   I don’t recommend that you start any earlier than that. This is because a child’s ability to absorb information does not start until around 4-5 months. If your child is younger, then wait until he or she gets to 5 months before you start teaching. However, I advise that you still sign up to access the Primary School Prep DIY guide and start learning what to do before your child reaches the right age.

I’m now going to share my mistake in this area so you won’t make the same mistake.
